Gabriele Bottino is Full Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Milan, Department of Social and Political Sciences. He is President, in the same University, of the Degree Course on “Management and Policies of Public Administrations”. He is the author of multiple publications, on these subjects: public finance, public accountability, healthcare, cultural heritage, local government, defensive bureaucracy.
